Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing, registering, or placing any bet on the bbajie platform. Your continued use of bbajie constitutes acceptance of these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bbajie ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bbajie website, mobile interface, and all associated betting and casino services. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager on bbajie, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
bbajie reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Important: bbajie is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. If you are under 21, you are not permitted to register, deposit, or play on this platform under any circumstances. Underage gambling is a serious concern and we enforce age verification rigorously.

1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Platform" — The bbajie website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at bbajie.org and any related domains or subdomains.
- "Player" / "Account Holder" — Any natural person who has successfully registered a bbajie account and is aged 21 or above.
- "Account" — The personal user account held by a Player on the bbajie Platform, comprising login credentials, wallet balance, transaction history, and profile information.
- "Wager" / "Bet" — A monetary stake placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, slot, or crash title made available through the Platform.
- "Bonus Funds" — Any promotional credit, free spin equivalent, or cashback amount credited to a Player's account by bbajie as part of an active promotion.
- "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited by the Player into their bbajie wallet using any supported payment method, net of any withdrawals already processed.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The total value of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — The identity and age verification process bbajie uses to confirm the identity of Players in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations.
- "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the Platform for all Players registered from Bangladesh.
- "Force Majeure" — Any event beyond bbajie's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and use the bbajie Platform. By registering, you confirm under your own responsibility that you meet this age requirement. bbajie reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the bbajie Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings. If you believe a duplicate account has been opened in your name by a third party, contact our support team immediately.
You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and at all subsequent times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the bbajie Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bbajie makes no representation that its services are legal in all locations. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law and that you accept full personal responsibility for compliance with your local regulations.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bbajie Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bbajie supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and major card networks including Visa and Mastercard.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawal Processing Time: bbajie aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Delays may occur during peak periods or where additional KYC documentation is required.
- Verified Accounts Only: Withdrawals will only be issued to Players who have completed the KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity documents are submitted and approved.
- Same-Method Policy: bbajie reserves the right to require that withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, as a fraud-prevention measure.
- No Third-Party Transactions: Deposits made using a payment account not registered in the Player's own name will be declined and returned. bbajie does not accept third-party deposits.
- Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the Platform are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to Players transacting in Taka from Bangladesh.
- Platform Fees: bbajie does not charge a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals via supported local payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees; these are outside bbajie's control.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
bbajie offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to individual promotional terms which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum 30x wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
bbajie reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — where it reasonably suspects that a Player has abused the promotion. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or providing false information during registration.
bbajie operates a single-wallet system. Where both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds are present in your account, Real Money Funds are used first for wagering unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms. Withdrawals of Real Money Funds do not automatically forfeit active Bonus Funds; however, withdrawing your full Real Money balance before completing a bonus's wagering requirement will result in the cancellation of that bonus.
Seasonal promotions: bbajie may offer special bonus campaigns tied to the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (December 16). These campaigns carry their own specific terms published at the time of launch. Players are encouraged to review promotion terms before opting in.
5. Betting Rules & Wager Settlement
All sports bets and casino wagers placed on the bbajie Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. The following general rules apply across all betting products.
- Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets not recorded in the system are not valid regardless of any screenshot or other evidence.
- Odds Errors: bbajie reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by human error, data feed failures, or technical malfunction. Players will be notified and stakes returned in full where bets are voided for this reason.
- Match Abandonment: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the point at which the market outcome can be determined, bbajie will apply the settlement rules specific to that sport. In most cases, abandoned matches will result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
- Live Betting: Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. bbajie may suspend live betting markets at any time without prior notice, including during critical match moments. Any bets placed during an unconfirmed period will be voided if the outcome is already determined at the time the bet is received.
- Maximum Payout: A single-event maximum payout cap applies to all sports bets. The applicable cap for each market will be displayed in the bet placement interface. Winnings exceeding the cap will be reduced to the stated maximum.
- Casino Game Results: All casino game results are determined by certified RNG systems. bbajie does not intervene in game outcomes. Disputes regarding game results must be raised with our support team within 14 days of the session in question.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bbajie Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
The use of software robots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform is strictly forbidden. bbajie employs advanced detection systems to identify automated activity and will act on any confirmed instances without prior warning.
Any attempt to collude with other Players, engage in match-fixing, or exploit insider knowledge to obtain an unfair advantage is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence. bbajie cooperates with sports governing bodies and relevant authorities in investigating any reports of match manipulation.
Depositing funds via stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials is strictly prohibited. Any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute filed with a payment provider without first contacting bbajie support may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Confirmed payment fraud will result in permanent account closure and legal action where appropriate.
Registering under a false name, date of birth, or address; submitting forged identity documents; or impersonating another person are all prohibited. bbajie will immediately close any account found to be operating under false identity and will retain all funds pending investigation in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
bbajie reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or other Players.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Where an account is closed voluntarily and there is a remaining Real Money Balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements), bbajie will process a withdrawal to the Player's last verified payment method within ten (10) business days. Players who have self-excluded may not request account reopening within the agreed exclusion period.
Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request a voluntary self-exclusion via our support team or through the responsible gaming tools in your account settings. 8. Intellectual Property
All content on the bbajie Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of bbajie or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of bbajie. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account closure and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbajie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: technical failures, interruptions in service, data loss, unauthorised access to your account, errors in odds or game results subsequently corrected, or any Force Majeure event.
In all cases, bbajie's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform during that same twelve-month period. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether liability arises in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
Service availability: bbajie aims to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary service interruptions. bbajie will communicate planned downtime where possible but accepts no liability for losses attributable to Platform unavailability.
10. Privacy & Data Use
bbajie collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bbajie does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
bbajie uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. All stored personal data is held on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bbajie is incorporated and operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are required to contact bbajie support at [email protected] and allow a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days for the Platform to investigate and respond. bbajie is committed to resolving all complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
12. Amendments to These Terms
bbajie reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material — including changes to wagering requirements, withdrawal limits, or Player eligibility rules — bbajie will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the bbajie Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.
